Ryan first came to Alamogordo in 1998 while serving in the U.S. Air Force. During his time here, he met Molly, an Alamogordo native, and the two married in 2004. Though his military career took them to several duty stations, Alamogordo was always home, and they ultimately returned to be closer to family.

Now, as a dedicated real estate agent, Ryan is passionate about helping others find their perfect home. With personal experience in military relocations, he specializes in assisting military families with smooth transitions. Whether you’re moving to the area or returning home like he did, Ryan is ready to help you every step of the way.

Molly is a proud Alamogordo native with deep roots in the community. After supporting her husband Ryan throughout his U.S. Air Force career, she returned home to make a difference as a special education teacher at La Luz Elementary. Her passion for helping others eventually led her to real estate, where she now dedicates herself to guiding families in finding their perfect home.

Married to Ryan since 2004, Molly shares his love for Alamogordo and its growth. She is committed to helping develop the community she’s always called home, ensuring that new and longtime residents alike find a place where they can thrive.

Ayla is a licensed real estate qualifying broker serving Otero County. Ayla moved to New Mexico 18 years ago, and then made Alamogordo, NM her home in 2016. She enjoys living in and experiencing the beauty that Otero County has to offer, and her passion is helping others do the same.

Born and raised in Alamogordo, Shawna is a proud New Mexico native with deep roots in this community. Her years at the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center gave her a strong knowledge of the area and lasting connections that help her serve her clients today.
